Henghou·Sunshine City(Cixi) Phase II started

      Henghou·Sunshine City(Cixi) is a high-class residential area integrating urban villas and high-rise residential buildings developed in the south of Qianying Road, Baisha Street, Cixi, Ningbo Zhejiang. It is also the largest villa community in Cixi, which covers an area of about 247 mu with a building area of more than 450 thousand squares. After completion of this project, it has a capacity of 1902 households including 857 first-stage households and 1045 second-stage households. 

      On March 1, 2017, the second phase of Henghou·Sunshine City(Cixi)  began construction. The first-stage project includes 7 high-rise residences and 32 villas, and the area of high high-rise residences is 100-145 square meters, for the villas, the area is 270-320 square meters. The second-stage project is located on first-stage project’s east side, including 10 high-rise residences 37 villas.

      This community is located only 3 kilometers from the Cixi core business center, with a convenient transportation in the community. It is east to Pengmin Road, north to Qianying Road. It is the fast track connecting Xincheng Avenue, East Third Ring Road and South Third Ring Road. Within a kilometer, there are mature supporting facilities around the community, including many living, education and medical facilities such as CR Vanguard, Ciji Primary School, Cixi People's Hospital.
