Since its founding in 1991, Henghou Group has grown from a regional steel recycling company to an international, multi-industry enterprise. For more than 31 years, Henghou Group developed and constructed over 20 million square feet of commercial and residential properties. We have built 7500 units of housing, providing secure housing for residents in Ningbo, Cixi, and Hangzhou. Our housing devel- opments are rated Top 10 Developments in Ningbo. In the hospitality industry, we manage 2 five-star hotels with over 1000 guest rooms and over 27,000 square feet of meeting rooms. In the shipping industry, we own two dwt 262k VLOCs.
