In 2012, Henghou developed and opened Howard Johnson Sunshine Plaza and Ningbo Sunshine Apart- ment Hotel. At that time, Howard Johnson Sunshine Plaza was the tallest building in Ningbo. With before its time architectural style, and five-star service philosophy, the Plaza became one of the most well known hospitality institution in Ningbo. It is conveniently located as it is only 8 minutes from Ningbo Lishe Airport, 5 minutes from Ningbo Railway Station and 3 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. The hotel has more than 800 luxury rooms, and more than 2500 square meters of ban- quet space.

In 2020, Henghou acquired its second hotel property in Jiangbei District, Ningbo. In collaboration with a domestic hospitality team, the hotel became another hospitality landmark in Ningbo.
