Team Building

The first part of the expansion training is team building. All members are divided into two teams. Each team needs to complete the task of selecting the captain, deputy team leader, team name, slogan, team song, and team flag. The time limit is 20 minutes. Then perform the team demonstration with 5 minutes for each team. After a lively discussion and positive preparation, each team had a wonderful display.

Team Activites

It is essential to develop training for team activities. This extended training adopts two team competitions to carry out various team activities. There are five activities: Da Vinci Code, Mine Clearance, Circle of Excellence, Horizontal Bar in the Air, and Trust Backlash.

Team activities such as Da Vinci Code, Mine Clearance, and Circle of Excellence let the team members know the importance of compliance, and let them understand that only efficient assistance and reasonable division of labor can make the task even better. In addition, the team members themselves need to be clear about their role in the team and give full play to their own strengths so that they can exert their greatest advantage.

Trusted back-throwing is an activity that develops teamwork and team members' trust. A person's success does not represent the success of the entire team. Only the team members understand, trust, and help each other to achieve the goal of the team. Needless to say, a good team must have solidarity, trust, and collaboration.


The captain is the core soul of a team, a vanguard force, and a model representative. Because this team activity is based on the group competition mode, there will be a win. The captain of the losing team will be punished on behalf of the team. The purpose of this penalty is to want to tell every member that it is not so easy to want to become a manager or leader. As leaders and managers need to think and bear more things. He must be someone who has a sense of responsibility and is worthy of subordinates' trust. When the team faces setbacks and failures, he must stand firm and decisively in the overall situation, bravely take responsibility, make bold decisions, and solve problems in a timely manner. As our subordinates, through this extended training, we also need to learn to think in other places. If we are leaders, what will we do? Will we do better?

On the first night of the evening, each player was blindfolded and taken to an unknown place by the instructor. Everything was full of mystery. Yes, this is a premeditated birthday surprise party.
